Bridgehead Global intends to partner the government in its endeavor to eradicate nepotism, cronyism and patronage in awarding tenders by state departments and public entities.

South Africa’s supply chain management system with particular reference to tenders is fraught with the above manifestations of unethical conduct. At the centre of corruption reported to be amounting to over R600m for the past three years to date in the civil service, is a number of tenders issued to irregularly given conflicted executives and managers. This problem has to be eradicated through support by the state to give effect to the Protected Disclosures Act.

Bridgehead Global will also lobby government for executives and managers who victimize and fire whistle blowers to be personally liable for both separation packages and legal costs subsequently imposed by courts, than for these to be borne by the employers, as well as stiffer sentences imposed on these white collar criminals.
