How to get the framework implemented in your organization
It is a two-way process. Our outbound process lets us approach organizations and their full value chain, either through industry / professional associations. If it is a state entity, we approach the state entity and get to generate a list of parties involved in its value chain from a supply chain perspective. This approach helps to generate a critical mass of like minded elements of the value chain to ultimately transform the whole industry / stakeholders. The other way is the inbound enquiry process, where client organizations who aspire to be industry leaders on matters of good governance in practice, are at liberty to send on-line request for Information / presentations at a cost. To use our Bridgehead Global Enterprise & Institutional Governance Framework TM clients need to be licensed first since copyright subsits in the material and the related intellectual property. Licensing according to a readiness category comes after a detailed due diligence, independent auditing of compliance to our framework, and rating.
The rating and its certification is issued to the client organization by Bridgehead Global upon receipt of the third party audit result within one week of approval by the Bridgehead Global Board.
User license fees are payable annually over a three year licensing cycle, the license fee excludes the requisite due diligence and analysis as well as costs of independent audit. Licensing however includes the certification and the substantive quarterly compliance assessment reports.
What meaning does the certified rating have for the state, institution / businesses and their value chain.
To be certified compliant to sustainability and good governance is confirmation or an independent recognition of the value that the boards of client businesses and institutions add to them, and a statement of affirmation of integrity with which these organizations are led. Integrity and a good reputation are priceless, though over time, it is expected that cumulatively, certification of the whole value chain would lead to investor confidence, and fair trade by like-minded and ethical businesses which subscribe to this framework. The same could be said of an increase in public satisfaction as our Public Satisfaction Index TM will measure over time with regard to government service delivery.
