	Sabelo Khanyile Sabelo is an independent non-Executive Director & Chairman of Bridgehead Global. He holds a Higher Diploma in Education, a National Technical Diploma in Telecommunications, and a BCom degree. He is currently studying for an Honours degree in Management. He has over 24 years experience in telecommunications where he worked from Technician, Trainer to Senior Technical Manager. He is currently a Senior Marketing Manager in a defence communications company where among his varied responsibilities, he looks after Corporate Governance as a member of the executive management team.			Tito Sibusiso Mathenjwa Tito holds the position of MD and Business Architect of Bridgehead Global. He holds a BAdmin degree, Diploma in Labour Law, and a Diploma in Company Direction and Corporate Governance. He is furthering his MBA studies at Henley. He has over 18 years experience in business transformation, sustainability management, strategic human capital management in manufacturing, steel & engineering and coatings industries; key accounts / business development and corporate governance in Telecommunications and IT. A former trade union leader, he also served as an Alternate Commissioner on the Presidential National Commission on Information Society & Development (PNC on ISAD) in 2004.

	Zaba Buthelezi Zaba is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) & Executive Director: Strategy & Finance of Bridgehead Global. He has 9 years cumulative experience in Automotive Retail, Banking and Insurance industries having worked in Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Banking, Credit & Risk Management, Strategy Development, Enterprise-wide risk management & Corporate Governance, Finance & Auditing. He holds a BCom and BCompt degrees and currently pursues the BCompt (Hons)/CTA through UNISA.			Khwezi Mathenjwa Khwezi is a non-executive director of Bridgehead Global. She studied Communication Science and Industrial Sociology & holds a certificate Program in Customer Relationship Management, She is currently studying for a Certificate in Risk and Insurance Management & the Diploma in Advanced Business Management through Wits and the University of Johannesburg respectively. She has over 7 years experience in retail banking and Insurance Services.

	Thami Mathenjwa Thami is a non-Executive Director of Bridgehead Global. He holds a B Tech in Commercial Administration, Advanced Diploma in Human Resources and currently pursues the BCom degree in Management through UNISA. He has 6 years experience in Local Government,, Retail and Legal insurance industries in various capacities in Business Development & Project Management. He is currently Operations Manager in a legal Insurance Company.			Mveliso Gqada Mveliso is a non-Executive Director of Bridgehead Global He has a BTech in Electrical Engineering. A member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE). He has 11 years experience - 3 of which as a member of the Transtel Joint Transformation Committee. He started his career as a Technician, Senior Engineer and Manager Telecoms National Planning.He is currently employed in the Energy sector as a Senior Engineer Telecoms National Planning with particular focus on power generation new build programme. He is a former trade unionist and former member of a corporate Transformation Committee. He has been instrumental in ensuring good enterprise governance and in preventing and detecting corruption.
